SHAMROCK As I sit here with my best friend at my feet, this is not one you will find wondering through the streets. She had a past life, a story seldom told. She is getting on a bit, almost ten years old. When I arrive home, I get a welcome from behind the gate. Her wagging tail says it all, you are my best mate. She will often jump up on a chair and leave a few dog hairs everywhere. I don't really care? Shamrock has these gorgeous brown eyes & she loves to lick, much to my dislike. This is a rescue dog which had been surrendered several times. This darling dog had created no crimes. For whatever reason several gave her up. I am very happy to have her on my lap. A friendlier dog would be hard to find. Should you ever meet, please just be kind.
