60, SUMMER IN THE SUN
Summer is almost over. We have had lots of fun
visiting the beach splashing water and relaxing in the sun.
We enjoy the freedom strolling along the shore,
looking forward to another day when we can appreciate it once more.
At the beach we are all the same,
inviting each other to join in a game.
Volleyball can be lots of fun as we swelter under the sun.
Children are playing with buckets and spades,
others on the footpath on their roller blades.
A good beach is not hard to find,
being a great place to unwind,
with white sand as far as the eye can see and
mighty ships in the distance out at sea.
While relaxing at a beach on a summers day,
admiring the view while watching others play.
Where else would you rather be?
I know Australia is the place for me.
