The Rottnest ferry will get us there. We can relax all day and not have to care, get on a bike or go for a hike. We can do whatever we like. Thomson Bay, Geordie Bay, Kingstown too are where you get super views. Friendly Quokka's run around your feet. This is a delightful treat. Dolphins and Whales are a must to see. They are favoured by so many. Living in the ocean is their life, Sadly they often get into strife, tangled in ropes and fishing nets. We should try to save them without regrets. Hotel Rottnest is where we can go for lunch with a menu to satisfy any bunch. Fish & Seagull stix (chips) are a favourite of mine, washed down with a glass of local wine. The history of Rottnest goes back a long way. It's far too much to take in on one day. Unlike the Loch Ness monster, the quokka is real. This is one, the Scotties can't steal.
